I m glad I didnt take indian channels yet. I do remember getting bugged while i was in delhi during january, All they would cover is "Nithari and Shilpa shetty big brother stuff" Come on Man.. I had to wait literally 4 hours to listen impact of fog on my impending flight.. i guess its highly spiced and commercialised news channel we are seeing there....for that matter CNN and US channels are no better either.. But here atleast you get local channels to swicth to...I guess Someone needs to realise "public wants a balance between doordarshan news and this starry news channels.. On face value, Doordarshan had better news than these useless crap.. I loved this post :-)
