I am a Rakhi Sawant fan. Nope, I am not afraid of saying it out loud. I guess it all started with the Mika-kissey-Sawant episode. Not that I consider her dancing, acting and exposing skills extremely noteworthy but what really impresses me about this woman is her bold attitude towards Film Industry and our hypocrite society. I agree, she uses every bit of media attention for her advantage and free publicity but then to survive in Bollywood, it’s a must requirement.

She proved herself to be an entertainment powerhouse with her stint in Bigg Boss – with her muuhfut quarrels, boisterous mannerism, amusing bitchiness and drama-queen behavior. Through this reality show, she was able to give her image a complete makeover by allowing the viewers to see the real woman behind the her over-the-top dance routines and plunging neck-lines. Her “tell-it-to-the face” outlook is what sets her apart from rest including our desi top-notch heroines. Today her popularity continues to be on the rise not just among the aam-junta but also among the Bollywood folks. Some of you may remember, one of DesiDabba’s Bollywood-insider was able to get Karan Johar spill the beans about his intentions of inviting Ms. Sawant on his popular chat show, Koffee with Karan.

And today Mumbai’s daily tabloid, Mid-Day confirms the same. Yes, people Rakhi Sawant is all set to park her butt on Karan’s glitzy couch.

Talking about modesty isn’t our item girl a complete gem.

About the invitation, Rakhi says, “I couldn’t believe Karan Johar was on the phone with me. My palms got sweaty and I was mumbling and jumbling up sentences. This is the first time in my life that someone actually made me speechless.”

She will don a designer outfit for the show. “Imagine having Manish Malhotra make something for me! It’s a dream come true. I can’t thank Karan enough for giving me this opportunity,” she says.

Sawant always yearned to be on the show, “There are only two bindaas people in the industry. One is Karan Johar and the other is Rakhi Sawant. I think the day we meet we will be chatting non-stop,” says Rakhi, excitedly.

However it’s yet not confirmed as to who would be accompanying Rakhi as the second guest on the show. Me thinks, it would be totally rocking if someone like Kashmira Shah or Roopali Ganguly joins her – a perfect opportunity for Rakhi baby to ridicule either of the two on national television. What say?

But if dim-witted moron like Mika comes along, then Koffee with Karan’s TRPs would surely break all television records.

She has no idea who she has been paired with on the show, “But if it is Mika, I will strangle him on the show itself!”
