On one hand when one can get easily availabilty of Blue films in streets banning FTV is meaningless and a harsh decison which is unanimous. Moreover we are living on CAS systems when one can get the channels what he likes so why is Govt. to interfear in between choosing channels... it is the customers who have to decide and have to pay... If Govt wishes to play some role in this regard .. then I think... is that Govt, should place a high amount of taxes on this channels or whatever (Taxes) so that they can grow more taxes (funds) for the welfare of poor and handy.
