Another awesome play comes to town. aRanya, the group behind famous syage plays such as “Shakkar ke Paanch daane” and “Peele Scooterwala Aadmiâ€, present their third production “Bali aur Shambhu”.
Synopsis:
Bali aur Shambhu is an expression of two characters and their unique spirit towards life.Bali believes in taking life as it comes where as Shambhu lives in the glories of his past. With their respective ideologies and after a series of intricate collisions, eventually the two become one.

Kumud Mishra as Bali:
Kumud is a senior theatre personality who is from a small town in Madhya Pradesh, came to Mumbai in 1993, since worked with most of the theatre personalities like Pt. Satyadev Dubey, Sunil Shanbaug, Ramu Ramanathan .This National school drama student has also worked in various TV serials and Feature films.
Sudhir Pandey as Shambhu:
Sudhir Pandey is again a senior theatre veteran who is in this industry for more than 20 years. Sudhir Pandey has being associated with the reputed thatre company called IPTA. He has worked in various TV serials and Feature films where is work has being appreciated everytime. He still goes very strong…..
Gopal Tiwari as Shubhankar:
Gopal Tiwari a passout from National School Of Drama has being a common face in the Hindi Theatre Industry, He also has featured in TV Serials and Feature films. He has worked with people like Mr. Satish Kaushik.
Lalit Sathe as Gautam:
A promising young talent completely from a different background performing for the first time on stage.
Divya Mohan as Titalee:
Divya Mohan as being working with Star Plus channel Zoom, a marketing student staging for the first time.
Sonal Jha as Jhilmil:
Sonal Jha has being working in various TV serials performing on stage for the first time.
Writer / Director: Manav Kaul.
Manav Kaul a theatre actor from a small town called Hoshangabad, MP, came to Mumbai in the year 1997, since then he has worked with theatre personalities like Pt. Satyadev Dubey, Sunil Shanbaug, Alok Chatterjee etc. He has being closely associated with Pt. Satyadev Dubey’s couple of memorable productions. Manav has also featured as the main lead in the children’s film “Jajantram Mamantram” directed by Mr. Saumitra Ranade produced by iDreams, a marathi feature film acclaimed by loads of film critics “Saat chya aat gharat”. He has finised shooting for Late Ramanad Sagar’s home production” 1971″ directed by Mr. Amrit Sagar. BALI AUR SHAMBHU is Manav’s third originally written production..His work on the previous productions “Shakkar Ke Paanch Daane” and “Peele Scooterwala aadmi” has being appreciated by lots of theatre critics.

Tushar Raut started off as an actor later moved on to become a producer. He has produced three plays which were all appreciated by theatre critics.He has being working as an executive producer with “Ravi Udyawar films” which is a very well know Adfilm production house. He has also being being as the production designer for Prithvi Theatre for all their National and International Theatre Festivals since 1994.

Okay, now here is the best part. I can arrange for some free passes for this play. However as we all know that nothing comes for free in life, so even here you aren’t gonna be let off easy. I will give out passes to only those, who give me firm commitment that they would do a review on ‘Bali and Shambhu’. The review must be put up within one weeks time.
