Rosa soon to sizzle on your television screens

Italian model Rosa Catalano better known as Saif Ali Khan’s girlfriend is the next in line to appear on our television sets. Rosa is all set to make her television debut on a show produced by Ace fashion designers Shane and Falguni Peacock.

The show named Fashion Declassified will bare behind-the-scene action of fashion shows and events with Rosa playing host. Delving into the secrets and controversies that exists within the fashion world is what the show will reveal to its audiences.

The show will encompass everyone in the fashion industry, right from the photographers to the models and designers. The camera not only travels to the green room but also to other places where models hang out. Rosa will be the one to present to disclose what is happening behind the scenes.

Mumbai Mirror reports :

Shane Peacock confirms, “This show will be our first production under the banner Tweed & Feather Productions. We were looking for someone who has class and charisma to host the show and that’s when we felt Rosa was exactly what we were looking for. Thankfully she has agreed and we will begin shooting with her very soon. We have already got everything else organized and started shooting some parts of the show.”

A brief background on our spanking new hostess since very little is known about her:

Rosa Catalano; born in Calabria, in Southern Italy but soon after moved to Switzerland where she got involved with a group in Norway that worked with HIV affected people. She then traveled to Kenya where she worked in the slums and orphanages, organizing different entertainment shows to raise funds. One year there and she met Saif who had come to Nairobi to do a show.

She is very passionate about children and in the future would want to be creative with children, perhaps teaching yoga to orphans and slum children. She has been practicing yoga for the last two years that she has been in Mumbai and now is learning how to teach yoga at a school in Santa Cruz.

Rosa has never tried her hand at acting but, yes, she may just give it a shot as she has done an ad film for Verve and was very comfortable and at ease whiles doing it. Not a big party animal Rosa prefers to spend most of her time on her own or with Saif.

Well like many others this Italian belle will soon take the plunge into Indian television and hopefully charm us with her class and charisma. One thing is certain, she sure will sizzle on screen since Christion Georgio who was behind the make over of stars like Sharon Stone and Anna Nicole Smith has been roped in to do the make up for Fashion Declassified.
